As an experienced MS Axapta consultant, I have successfully delivered multiple implementation and upgrade projects for Jash Engineering Limited in Indore. My expertise in configuring and customizing MS Axapta modules has enabled me to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. In the upgrade project from MS Axapta 2009 to 2012, I was responsible for leading a team of five members in upgrading the CRM, Finance, Production, AP, AR, and Inventory modules. I worked closely with the implementation partner, Tectura Infotech Pvt. Ltd, to ensure a smooth transition to the new version of MS Axapta. During the upgrade, I prepared testing documents, performed internal testing, and provided training to end-users in the post-implementation phase. In the implementation of MS Axapta 2009, I led a team of eight members in delivering the CRM, Finance, Production, AP, AR, and Inventory modules. I worked closely with the implementation partner, Wipro Ltd, to understand the company's business requirements and prepare FRD and GAP Analysis documents. My expertise also includes IT policies and IT policy administration. I have worked with Jash Engineering to develop and implement IT policies that align with their business goals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
