About Sudip Pal

I love solving problems for my team and for the customer. I look at problems as opportunities to grow and excel as a software engineering professional. In my role as a Digital Consultant, I work with business stakeholders to digitise/modernise/upgrade business processes leveraging powers of modern technology. Working in engineering teams I design and build engineering solutions that are scalable, robust, secured, and adaptable to changing requirements. In my current role as a Solution Architect for CBRE, I work with business teams to build best in class digital experience for their end customers. I have product development background and learnt the art of coding and engineering in R&D divisions of product based companies like CA Technologies and Lexmark. In previous organisation TCS, I have worked in various engineering and consultancy roles helping customers in their Industry 4.0 journey. I have worked with retail, supply chain and BFSI customers in large digital transformation programmes that involves decommissioning legacy systems, building cloud native and hybrid solutions. I have helped an insurance customer launch a suite of digital products targeted for their B2B & B2C clients. I have also provided technical solutions and responses for RFI/RFP response submissions and project proposals. I have a TOGAF 9 Enterprise Architecture certification and an AWS Solution Architect (Associate) certification. My motivation to solve problems using software has led me to the path of architecture and design. I like to be part of a dynamic, growth-oriented team where my knowledge and personal strength can contribute to the success of the team, and it gives me exposure to a competitive environment with challenging assignments and responsibilities to help me evolve as a leader.
