A highly motivated professional with extensive experience in contract administration and inspection of land development servicing projects. I currently work with Urbantech Consulting and manage land development servicing projects from start to its completion. I have gained similar work experience in municipal servicing projects while working with Counterpoint Engineering and Valdor Engineering Inc. Some of my job duties/experience in the land development servicing projects have been listed below: ‣prepare tender documents and coordinate bidding process ‣supervise and train junior inspectors ‣coordinate construction activities and approve payment certificates after verification ‣attend site meetings and maintain liaison with regulatory agencies, contractors, and developers ‣apply for Letter of Credit reductions and follow up with regulatory agencies for the acceptance of works and completion of documentation for the assumption process. I am grateful to have started my journey in the construction industry as a Co-op student with The Corporation of the City of Brampton, where I have gained practical knowledge and my very first motivation to pursue a career in the municipal sector. I have contributed to the City of Brampton by providing part-time/weekend patrol of the city roads as an Operations Maintenance Inspector. I have provided frontline inspection of the city roads, support, and resolution to resident concerns and quality standard deficiencies as it relates to the Provincial Minimum Maintenance Standard, right-of-way maintenance processes and procedures. I have also developed understanding and knowledge of traffic control & signals, illumination, and winter maintenance operations during my time with this organization.
