In depth knowledge in cross country natural gas/hydro carbon transmission –in operation, maintenance and Project/Construction. Excellent understanding in natural gas/hydro carbon pipelines, compressor/booster station, gas conditioning, Gas metering. Laying of cross country pipelines in India – statutory clearances from various govt. bodies like Railway, Forest, NH, Pollution control board, OISD etc. ROU accusation, lying of underground high pressure natural gas pipelines with all associated installation, Testing & commissioning etc. Project closure. Complete knowledge/understanding of the operation and maintenance of Gas Turbine driven natural gas Compressor ( up to 26 mw powered & 54 mmscmd capacity with aero dynamic industrial turbine of 36 MW power ) installed with cross country natural gas pipelines and power generation, Knowledge of Erection & commissioning of compressor Station including Gas turbine, Compressor, Gas Plant piping and other associated equipment. Overhauling & maintenance of Gas generator and testing of the same after maintenance- At HAL, Bangalore and Sigma Aerospace- UK. Operation & maintenance of cross country pipelines. Excellent understanding of Centrifugal compressors for natural gas compression. Capable of Maintaining gas line hydraulic, Gas distribution Management, Pipeline integrity management Done Consumer/client co ordination, Gas allocation, Consumer billings. Capable of Vendor development, Procurement, Plant management. Fully conversant with Gas Plant Safety, various standards for gas turbine & its accessories ISO 9001, OSHAS Compliances of statutory requirements, Energy audit, HAZOP study.
