Over the past three years, I have been supporting major Automotive OEMs clients in a range of roles within engineering and IT. In my role as an HR Business Partner, I had the opportunity to support the Healthcare and Power sector. I was responsible for the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. My responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management systems, learning & development, campus recruitment, and employee engagement. I also faced the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) HR audit early in my career.
