Bio: Dynamic and innovative bioinformatician with over 5 years of research experience in handling multi-omics data, ranging from sequences to structures. Proficient in utilizing advanced bioinformatics tools and methodologies to analyze genomic data, optimize experimental workflows to accurately mimic biological phenomena, and contribute to impactful scientific discoveries through various publications. Background: I hold a Ph.D. in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. My research focuses on understanding the factors regulating mRNA stability on a genome scale. I have extensive experience working with biological sequence and structure data, integrating and analyzing them to explain real biological phenomena. I am proficient in handling large-scale sequence data, filtering, and analyzing them through robust evolutionary pipelines. All my research involves working with genome-scale data from different levels of the central dogma, achieved using Python as the main scripting language for handling and analyzing this large, diverse data. Professional Experience: I worked as a Senior Associate at GenML Solutions Pvt. Limited, where I served as a subject matter specialist in Life Sciences. In this role, I collaborated with a diverse team of Machine Learning and IT experts, guiding them in building models and visualizations/dashboards for our clients. During this time, I gained exposure to Machine Learning using Python, learned to identify hidden patterns in data through exploratory data analysis, and guided clients in designing biomarkers for antigen-antibody recognition leveraging my experience with sequence data.
