A transition from the position of HOD of Flight Dispatch & Aircraft Performance Engineering of a reputed Airline Flight Ops Management to a Tech Entrepreneur of a Start-up company has been extremely significant especially when the country India is nurturing a strong Start-up ecosystem under government administration. While the world aviation focus is expected to be driven by India in coming few decades due to industry's forecast growth trajectory a need was felt for the gear shift towards Industrial development through technology based applications and creating collaborative solution platform amongst various aviation stakeholders across multiple organizations. Cherishing the new journey as Founder & Director of “Cognitive Navigation” a Start-up Company based out of Mumbai India and focused to bring Technology Driven solutions & smart applications for aviation stakeholders comprising of Airlines General Aviation Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) Airport Operator Defense Authorities Aviation Support Service Provider (AVSP) and Aviation Professionals/enthusiasts. A wide range of products and services are being strategically sequenced to serve large customer strata and address the potential space within the industry. In the present capacity as Managing Director primary responsibilities do remain towards Company’s Production Service delivery Customer Satisfaction Employee centricity Innovation Financial health and finally overall growth of the organization. Academically a Post Graduate in Physics with Executive MBA along with Flight Dispatch Regulatory Approval from DGCA India on Wide range of Boeing & Airbus Aircrafts and also series of industry related training and certification courses has helped to strengthen the knowledge base to progress.
