It had been an Exciting Career since 15.03.1991. Entered the field of Securities Market when the Market was in Topsy Turvy due to Saddam Hussein. Then came the most talked about era of Harshad Mehta. India got its Legendary Finance Minister - Shri Manmohan Singh who initiated the bold steps to bring India on the Global Economic Map. All these brought about the formation of Securities & Exchange Board of India and the formation of Electronic Exchange - NSE and the concept of Depository - NSDL. The SEBI Act, NSE & NSDL Rules and Bye-Laws, their Circulars brought a sea of Opportunities in the Financial Markets and also helped in shaping a Professional Expertise in the Career. C. Mackertich Group reposed faith and I chose to lay the foundation of Compliance and a strong Structured Systems driven Operations for the Company. The proprietary Membership was first converted to a Corporate one. The Company took up Trading Membership in NSE. Registered itself as a Depository Participant in both NSDL and CDSL. The Retail Desk and Institution Desk functioned in parallel tandem. The FIX technology was implemented for the Institution Clients. The Risk Management Policies were set in place for the Retail Participants. The Option writing Clients were provided the Algorithmic Trading Facilities with Co-location Domain. Today the Company functions with over Non-Institutional Clients and 100 Institutional Clients with all the Major Domestic Fund Houses aligned for our Services. The Company has been registered as an Intermediary to provide Research and Portfolio Management Services. Being the Designated Director, Compliance Officer & Chief Financial Officer, it gives a great satisfaction being associated with the Group over the last 3 decades and being able to contribute and lead from the front in setting up each and every Business Vertical and Function of the Company. A dedicated Team has been built to look after the Stock Broking Operations, IT Backbone, Banking Relationship and Compliance Functions. Personal interest in Regulatory Compliance, Legal Framework, Banking Relationship and Finance, IT Infrastructure, etc. has helped to strengthen the Company brick by brick.
