Pursuing a one-year Masters' Programme in Business Administration (MBA- PGPM) specializing in Operations Management at the S P Jain Institute of Management Research Mumbai. Will be available to work full-time from January 2017. Looking to move into Management consulting roles a Senior Manager in Operations or roles involving Business Transformation Consulting/ Management. Prior engagement includes Transformation Management as an SME and as an Assistant Manager in Power Plant Commissioning and Metering. Core team member in the end to end business transformation exercise at APL along with AT Kearney and IBM for system integration. Conducted As-Is analysis Design & Implementation of business processes for 21 O&M processes like Inventory Management & Operations and helped identify excess inventory of INR 25 Cr. Conducted process sustenance reviews and technical audits across all plants to ensure compliance to critical KPIs Managed all project deliverables to ensure seamless transistion of the designed processes in SAP. Achieved annual savings of Rs. 22 Cr. by developing merit order toolkit across plants. Carried out In-house testing and FAT for energy audit meters and set up their communication network along with UAT for 765kV switchyard equipments like CT & CVT SAS & CRP panels. Commissioned critical equipments in the turbine and boiler areas for Subcritical units & BOP equipments for Supercritical units.
