About Sudipto Panja

With over 8 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, I am a result-driven professional who lead the Last Mile Operations team at Flipkart. My core competencies include developing and executing strategies for business growth, product development, marketing, operations, client servicing, branding, and promotion. As the Lead Central, I have developed and implemented a 3PL model in the East Region, handling end-to-end operations and maintaining proper supply, new product development, and media advertising. I have also collaborated with various stakeholders, communicated and engaged new strategy, acquired and nurtured strategically important selection from high-quality sellers. Additionally, I have built, retained, and groomed a strong team of 150 to 200 members, setting goals and defining KPIs. I have also developed deep and long-standing relationships with the vendors, driving relationships from the strategic to the tactical. My mission is to leverage my expertise in e-commerce operations and business development to deliver value and satisfaction to diverse organisations and its customers.
