About Sue Cooper

I am currently working as a finance executive for iDiversity & Consulting Ltd. This new role is exciting as it is giving me the opportunity of learning new skills and working in a completely different field which is growing rapidly and I am finding this extremely exciting and am thrilled to be part of their journey. I was previously working for Barclays in different managerial positions in which I learnt many skills and enjoyed my career immensely. I have spent much of my career leading and developing a team through coaching, developing and analysing data. I have managed a team physically and virtually and supported individuals with their well-being. Working for Barclays has also meant that I have worked in a highly regulated and compliant environment and therefore understand the importance of ensuring regulatory requirements are met at all times. I love working with colleagues and customers, growing relationships and when faced with new challenges, I enjoy finding new ways of working to become even more efficient. This is crucial as we find ourselves in a very fast paced, rapidly changing work place. This does not phase me as I adapt quickly to change and find this exciting as new opportunities surface.
