About Sue Elabor

I am an Organisational Psychologist (MSc), Executive Coach (ILM), and qualified accountant (FCCA) with 25+ years’ experience in investment banking, business management, and organisational consultancy. My work focuses on building inclusive, psychologically healthy workplaces through evidence-based strategies that integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and employee well-being. I am the Lead Consultant at Blueprint for All’s consultancy, where I partner with funders and corporates to drive systemic change. Our work supports the charity’s mission by helping organisations embed inclusive practices, improve leadership capabilities, and foster environments where people thrive. With a background spanning Finance, HR, and Operational Risk, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to culture change, leadership development, and workplace well-being. I also provide one-to-one coaching to individuals navigating transition, particularly during times of professional challenge or personal change, including divorce. I am passionate about creating conditions for equity, engagement, and psychological safety within organisations and the wider communities they serve.
