I am self-motivated, confident and pro-active in my approach to tasks, with excellent influencing and change management skills. I believe in the power of public services to deliver the best solutions for us all. I believe 'commercial' and 'Charity/NFP' is not a tension but is a unity we can exploit further. I have endless resilience and a passion to improve 'back-office' support services within organisations to ensure they drive the business not put it i reverse!
