As a family mediator and clinical counsellor, I help separated families find a way through their grief and uncertainty to focus on a better future for themselves and for their children. Children of divorce can, and often do, thrive, if conflict in the home is reduced. Guiding parents to make the transition from ex-partners to co-parents is extremely rewarding. My role is not to teach, advise or judge, but rather to facilitate better understanding and foster self-empowerment. I am particularly interested in narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy which dovetails with transformative mediation.
