About Sue Latham

My superpower is my ability to make complex information understandable and accessible, whether it’s through words or images. I specialize in writing and designing simple and minimalist user content, and creating infographics and illustrations to help explain complex concepts and engage users. I have more than ten years of experience designing informative content for print and online, and more than fifteen creating and managing online help systems. My experience includes designing and producing layouts, book interiors, and promotional materials, including video, that are beautiful as well as informative. I also have more than six years of professional localization experience and have engineered large software projects from English into multiple languages. As one half of the Dallas-based literary duo the Ghost Scribes, I'm also creative director of The Raven, an online magazine dedicated to all things Edgar Allan Poe, as well as the author of two novels.
