I began my career in Software Sales and Sales Management, establishing myself as a supportive and fair-minded account manager, and sales manager. My journey taught me the art of negotiating with honesty and integrity, a principle that has guided me throughout my professional life. I represented over 200 products across various industries and technology platforms. This experience enabled me to communicate effectively with C-level executives down to detail-level systems engineers. One of my key strengths is the ability to take complex technological concepts and products and explain them in plain English. This skill has been invaluable in the implementation and sales of software in both manufacturing and service industries. I also use this expertise in the aerospace industry launching products for two growing companies. After years focusing on my family I returned to the workforce, pivoting to small business consulting and coaching. I joined Impact Business Coaching to provide valuable support to multiple small businesses. Some examples of my diversified skills include: working with restaurants to manage labor costs, implementing POS & payroll systems, and documenting processes for franchise packaging. My efforts across the board significantly helped owners manage profitability through cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and sales initiatives within various industries, including Auto Repair, HVAC, and Plumbing businesses amongst others. My role involved developing new standard operating procedures, new technology roll outs, onboarding employees, providing insight & support for all levels of business management. These experiences have contributed significant value to the businesses, improving their operational efficiency and ultimately boosting their bottom line. The culmination of this journey is my Value Builder Certification, which combines all my talents and offers access to powerful tools that use industry-specific metrics to identify the key value-building drivers within a business.
