About Sue Lueng

From Insights Manager to User Experience Designer, I take a truly insights-driven approach to solve complex problems and design better experience. My Human Centred Design foundation is built on 10+ years of experience in Customer Marketing and Research within FMCGs, I love translating data to actionable insights, and turning them to strategic solutions. I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of high-performing people, using the HCD approach to improve customer experience across channels for Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, and Colgate-Palmolive. I have recently broadened scope by delivering meaningful outcomes in the public sector. The unique experience has given me a distinctive, well-rounded perspective, and also driven me to combine my creative, business and technology skills. I design to solve problems, to drive changes, and to brighten people’s lives. I bring along a business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills to any projects I have involved. I love to tell stories and crafting compelling presentation. Enthusiasm, collaboration and commitment are my calling cards.
