I thrive on providing coaching and guidance based on my in-depth knowledge and experience whilst also priding myself on my relationship building and relationship management skills. I strive for continuous improvement in order to ensure that I can consistently contribute to my organization in a valuable, positive and professional manner. Furthermore, I take a particular interest in Emotional Intelligence and Awareness, Leadership, Motivation and Organisational Behaviour.
