Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996 I have specialised in acting on behalf of Claimants who have suffered serious injuries, particularly brain and spinal injuries.I have over 20 years experience of dealing with these complex, high value claims on behalf of both adults and children.I am passionate about helping my clients, who have suffered serious injuries through no fault of their own, secure the rehabilitation and damages that they need after suffering life changing injuries.Previously settled / Reported cases:£7.5 million for a pedestrian who was hit by a car and suffered a serious head injury. Recovered a lump sum of £2 million pounds and periodical payments of p.a. whilst in a specialist unit rising to p.a. once he was in his own property.£5.05 million for a pedestrian hit by a car who suffered a serious head injury. Received a lump sum award of £1.6 million and staged periodical payments for the rest of his life. Liability was strongly contested and apportioned on a 60/40% basis at trial. The defendants appealed and the Judgement was upheld by the Court of Appeal.
