I am from Detroit, where I worked for seven years at Vispac, Inc, a distribution vendor for General Motors and Chrysler. I was the Account Manager responsible for production, scheduling, distribution, inventory control, quality control, sales order processing, purchasing and forecasting for the GMC Truck, Chevrolet and Buick accounts, in addition to directing the company’s compliance efforts. I worked for three years in Technical Support on the Manufacturing product suite of SmartStream, a multi-national, client server software system, as a Senior Support Analyst and Team Leader.
