I currently work with Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) as a Terminal Operations Officer at Kotoka International Airport, KIA-Accra and have experience in Customer Service, Monitoring and Evaluation, and General Operations. I am loyal, trustworthy, dedicated, discreet, passionate and hardworking. I love traveling and operational tasks. I am also good at events planning and organizations. I love teamwork coordination. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast (Ghana), and a Certificate in Customer Service from Logos Graduate Institute (Ghana). I also hold a Certificate in Terminal And Landside Operations from Airports Council International (ACI). I recently completed KAAF University College (a Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration-[GIMPA]-Affiliated Institution) with a LLB-Law Degree preparing to enter into the Ghana School of Law. I am currently studying for a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of Ghana, Legon. I also run my own company, Sadrat Investments; for which I hope to do business with your institution in any field ethically possible. We are into general supplies, general construction works, farming and general merchants. We supply technical Human Resources and services to contractors within Ghana.
