About Sufyan Syed

IT & ERP leader with a systems-thinker mindset and a passion for building technology ecosystems that actually work for people. My career grew from the plant floor into cross-site digital transformation, giving me a grounded understanding of how operations, technology, and human behaviour connect.Currently I lead both IT and ERP functions across multi-site manufacturing — from infrastructure and cybersecurity to labeling systems, data-cubes, and cross-department alignment. I manage a team of four, bridge technical and non-technical groups, and run complex programs that require clarity, structure, and calm under pressure.Today I'm focused on implementing Manufacturing/Production Orders on the ERP across all sites. As well as upgrading infra to facilitate current and continued growth. Outside of work, I’m inspired by space, philosophy, and continuous self-development. I thrive in environments where people are growing, learning, and building something meaningful together.
