About Sugandha Mathur
I am a facilitator of over ten years, worked with children of age -groups of 4 to 10 years. In these exciting ten years, I have tailored and executed engaging lesson plans keeping in mind the need and learning style of each student, to make sure they reach their full potential. Challenged my self and my students to explore opportunities of growth and building a mindset which is flexible and ready to take up challenges. From being a teacher in various capacities, I have been a confidante both to parents and my students. Nurturing the soft skills, moulding young minds to become life -long learners. In this journey it is not just my students who were learning, it was me too who grew, and learnt things. The skill to unlearn and learn is what me and my students learnt over these years. We are called teachers, educators, facilitators but trust me in these ten years I feel we were not just these three words, we have acted as admins, a channel of communication and medium between the parents and school, done digital marketing, been an accountant, mother and a sales person too.
