Throughout my career with award-winning financial services leaders Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments, I have consistently delivered cutting-edge technology solutions. I transform global operations through strategic programs, driving growth, performance improvements, platform stability, accuracy, data quality, and cost reduction. I build high-performing product and engineering teams, mentoring and guiding team members at all levels. My teams launch state-of-the-art technologies and solutions such as Fidelity Access API Platform and Common Data Environment (CDE) enterprise platforms. I also serve as a strategic advisor for the C-Suite, influencing decision making and developing critical solutions. I led resource allocation for both onshore and offshore Agile teams, developing project scope and budget. I drove short and long-term improvements including a 9-year strategic program to migrate from legacy data/services infrastructure to Common Data Environment (CDE) enterprise platform, earning accolades from executive leadership including COO and delivering tens of millions in savings while strengthening data accuracy with minimal service interruptions.
