As the Assistant Vice President Global Cloud Technologies at EXL, I lead the development and execution of a long-term cloud technology roadmap based on customer business needs and the enterprise technology strategy. With over 20 years of experience in infrastructure, AWS, Azure, GCP, AI/ML, Oracle E-Business Suite, databases, SOA administration, Hadoop, WebLogic, Linux/Unix administration, and project management, I have successfully handled complex cloud migration and data center migration projects for multiple organizations across various industries, such as insurance, banking, pharma, healthcare, and retail. I provide expertise and consulting across organizations in the development of cloud initiatives, and work with stakeholders to call out issues and provide solutions to create greater project efficiencies. I also plan and manage multimillion-dollar projects, aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage, and bottom-line gains. Additionally, I maintain high transaction volume large databases, which includes database server installation, database design and creation, storage management, backups, patching, cloning, upgrade, troubleshooting, and application tuning. I am certified as an Oracle Certified Professional 11g, ITIL V3, and Oracle R12 E-business DBA OCP. My mission is to leverage my cloud-native architecture, AWS security, and Amazon Aurora skills to deliver innovative and scalable cloud solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
