I am a CPC-certified Medical Coder with a B.Pharm background and one year of experience in medical coding and revenue cycle management. I began my journey with Aster DM Healthcare in the OP Submission Team, where I handled ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, claim submissions, denial management, and approval protocols for outpatient labs, dental, and physiotherapy services. Currently, I am working in the IP Approvals Team. I’m fully engaged in this role and genuinely enjoy contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of the revenue cycle process. This position has allowed me to deepen my knowledge in inpatient workflows, approvals, and insurance coordination. I’m well-versed in UAE health insurance platforms such as DHPO, RIYATI, and eClaimLink, with a solid understanding of insurance guidelines and payer protocols. Additionally, my prior experience as a Pharmacy Assistant has provided me with a strong foundation in medical terminology, pharmacology, and patient care. I am passionate about contributing to a professional healthcare environment, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and dedicated to supporting both organizational and personal growth through meaningful work in medical coding and RCM.
