I currently work at KJ Technology as a Client Success Manager (CSM), where I manage client relationships, ensure successful project delivery, and provide ongoing support to meet client needs. I have previously worked at KJ in various capacities, gaining a broad understanding of the company’s operations. At GMS, I worked as a Special Project Analyst, where I handled onboarding setup and worked with end-users to ensure smooth onboarding for various clients. I also collaborated closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions. In 2020, I was part of the Financial Crime Technology (FCT) group, where I observed how applications are maintained to protect financial information. During the summer of 2019, I worked at CIBC as an Analyst in the Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (EAML) Group under Risk Management. There, I saw how banks minimize the risk of involuntary engagement in money laundering or terrorist financing activities by enforcing procedures to meet regulatory obligations in each jurisdiction. Previously, I worked as a Business Analyst at IFDS, which provides technology solutions to the financial services industry. I collaborated with other analysts to examine and analyze processes, recommending improvements to enhance performance. Similarly, I worked with a team to evaluate a small business’s current processes and provide solutions to reduce costs and increase output and quality. Throughout my career and university experience, I have sharpened my communication skills and learned new software and skills. I aspire to continue growing in the technology field by working on projects that will further enhance my abilities.
