Over my professional career of 18+ years I have ventured into diverse sectors driven by a relentless pursuit of learning and growth. I firmly believe that path-breaking ideas and innovations emerge at the crossroads of various industries and multi-disciplinary skills. My life's principle is to "Dream Discover and Explore". Rich industry experience in overseeing the complete lifecycle of products that includes design, development, contracting, delivery and maintenance of complex technical platforms. I've spearheaded high-impact digital transformation initiatives driving significant cost and time efficiencies for medium to large organizations, with revenues exceeding Rs Crores. Effective leader who has conceptualized, implemented and sustained change while management in organization with 800+ employees. As a multi-functional & visionary business leader, I have managed the successful execution of multi-million-worth contracts, delivering complex technical projects and fostering stakeholder relationships to meet & exceed operational targets. I have led global teams and fostered collaborations across diverse geographies to accomplish organizational goals Proven capability in managing People, Processes, and Technology in diverse sectors. Beyond work hours, I am an outdoor person and I have learned that endurance and adventure sports offer invaluable training for life's challenges. I am an open-water swimming enthusiast and completed the world-famous Iron Man 70.3. I have also done solo Para Gliding and started a Royal Enfield Motorcycling club
