Shaping Business Operations, Global Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement organizations in large MNCs for effective spend management and delivering positive P&L impact, YoY cost reduction & improved efficiencies, Process improvements Risk Management & Escalation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensure timely action and escalation before the occurrence. Establishing and strengthening productive relationships with suppliers with a keen focus on negotiating favorable deals and improving KPIs and operational efficiencies Analyze quotation received for RFQ and evaluate it against the cost estimate/target cost Propose a shortlist of most suitable vendors after negotiation and evaluation and complete internal approval process as per the set Process. Leading India offsite support and diverse teams to resolve complex project problems for completing new and existing projects, to meet on time market launches. Dealing with Global Supplier base to manage Resin and Semiconductor components un-interruptedly. Cohesive dealing with 3PL & 4PL service provider to enable smooth supplies. Risk mitigation, backlog recovery, yearly accruals achieving for Global supply chain base. My major career highlights include strategic planning, managing, and overseeing all Supplier Quality, Continues Supply chain and Operations and Supplier evaluation Process Auditing. Ensured adherence to GCA along with overseeing APQP, PPAP, PCPA, BIQ System, SCM, and Warranty.I always strive to bring 100% to my work and my goal is to optimize procedure frameworks, adhere to industry standards, product specifications and attain customer satisfaction.
