I'm Suhas, a product and data enthusiast with a passion for blending technology, analytics, and customer insights to build products that drive real value. I love working in dynamic, fast-paced environments where I can dig deep into data, explore new tech, and strategize ways to make processes smoother, smarter, and more efficient. Currently, I’m a Business Analyst and Data Integration Specialist at Travers Tools Co, where I’ve been working on redesigning our data architecture and launching AI-driven solutions for everything from marketing to supply chain optimization. This role has taught me the power of a connected system, and I've loved bringing tools together like ERP, HubSpot, PIM, and BI for greater insight and streamlined workflows. In previous roles, I've been lucky to work with incredible teams at Siemens Healthineers, Nokia Networks, and Aruha. At Siemens, I developed a productivity savings dashboard that improved site savings insights by 90%, empowering sales leads with data-driven tools to drive efficiency. As a Product Manager at Aruha, I led data pipeline development, connecting Google Analytics insights to our enterprise data warehouse, which unlocked valuable marketing and product insights for the team. Over at Nokia, I had a blast working in the 5G DevOps team, where I helped implement predictive maintenance algorithms (hello, machine learning!) that reduced downtime by 20%—an experience that really strengthened my love for tech-driven product strategy. Academically, I hold an MBA in Analytics from Stevens Institute of Technology, where I took a deep dive into analytics, strategy, and project management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Dayananda Sagar University. I’m also a proud member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, which celebrates excellence in business and leadership.
