I am a professional with the blend of experience in Supply chain and in ERP. My expertise spans across manufacturing and automotive industries where I have consistently demonstrated a strategic approach to address business needs and enhancing operational efficiency. In Epicor Software Corp, I assisted clients in addressing their complex business process issues in procurement, order management (SD) and inventory (IM) functionalities and helping them to know how best the standard solutions can be optimized. My role involves working with business users to understand the requirements, configure it in the system, participate in UAT to address the business pain points. My past domain experience allows me to quickly grasp user requirements on simplifying daily tasks. My ability to gather user requirements, develop comprehensive business documents and deliver impactful user training has been pivotal in driving successful project outcomes. Previously, I have held positions at General Motors Technical Centre India where I managed procurement processes & collaborated across functions to ensure timely material availability and enhanced & optimized inventory.
