Senior Real Estate and Coliving leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling alternative living platforms across India. I operate at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and structured yield-led assets- combining developer partnerships, underwriting discipline, and operating governance to create scalable, profitable platforms. My journey spans City Head to Pan-India Business Unit leadership, driving large distributed portfolios across multiple cities. As AVP & BU Head at Zolo, I lead end-to-end P&L across 400+ assets in 9 cities, contributing ~₹300+ Cr in annual revenue and shaping supply strategy, asset acquisition, pricing, and operational excellence. I have built and scaled BTS, RTMI, Buy-to-Rent, and Pre-leased (SLBM) models, managed a ₹650+ Cr real estate pipeline, and added 1,800+ rooms through structured commercial negotiations and developer-led expansion.I believe scale without structure breaks, and growth without underwriting destroys value. My focus has consistently been on institutionalising supply pipelines, optimising yield, improving occupancy and retention through data-led strategies, and building high-performance cross-functional teams. I am particularly interested in alternatives, managed living, hospitality-led formats, and yield-generating real estate models that combine capital efficiency with long-term platform thinking.
