I have 17 years of experience in handling the entire gamut of Human Resources, primarily in the Banking and Financial Services Industry. In my role as Group Head of Human Capital at Jana Urban Services(JUST), I was the Head of HR and oversaw Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and other Centres of Excellence. As a HR Business partner I have collaborated with Front office teams, Technology, Operations and Risk. I have also been associated with Northern Operating Services Pvt. Ltd.(globally known as the Northern Trust Company) as the co-head of the HR Consulting function and with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the regional HR lead. My expertise spans HR Business Partnering, Organisation Design, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Compensation and Benefits.
