Started my career with Genpact worked my way up the echelons in various multinational companies namely Sutherland Global Services and Tech Mahindra, Multibrands India,(in the capacity of a Business Development Manager). Most of the above organisations that I worked for was in the capacity of a telecaller. Pandemic situation taught me to be flexible in my job role thus implementing digitisation in the field of marketing and acquiring a new clientele base. After a few failures and a total pause in my career due to pandemic related causes, it just happened that I decided to pursue digital marketing as a career option as a new normal way to earn my livelihood. So I joined Anderson printing house Pvt limited in the role of new business development. There I was introduced to salesforce CRM and different ways of nurturing and creating a sales funnel. To augment my career as a digital marketer I joined ICA, one of the most renowned digital marketing tutorial academies where I learned various techniques of white hat SEO. There are many effective measures but none of them can control the results accurately for a long period. The field of SEO is constantly changing and so is our constant need for improvement. I learnt that a few factors on SEO success depend on:Inputs: The best keywords and optimised images and content with E.A.T and most importantly lists.Depending on our capability of keeping our audiences hooked where at one point in time I do realise and often heave a sigh of relief saying "I wish I had a Linkedin premium subscription".One of the most significant factors of SEO success is the ethical backlinking policies and using no-follow tags on guest posts from low-level domains. Usage of Schema markups and UX friendly designs also significantly improves the score.Optimised Images and occasional infographic posts also increase visibility and reach. Even though there is no sure-shot way to know whether a website is to rank but a constant assessment of what is working out and what is going wrong often helps in changing the approach when something is not working out. SEO-Backlinking and PPC if done properly can yield measurable results. Search Engine Marketing or SEM is another way to have a better conversion ratio. Effective usage of tools like Keyword Planner for PPC and Keywordtool.io for Youtube SEO becomes all the more important, particularly during budgetary constraints.
