With 12+ years experience in media and advertising, I’ve handled some of high-profile companies in Indonesia — Unilever, Indofood, Gojek, Ferrero, Nestlé, Samsung — across conventional media, digital performance, brand planning, and ecommerce strategy. My journey at WPP Media (formerly GroupM) and its agency brand Mindshare has taken me from Management Trainee called Media Masters, hands-on planning, to senior leadership role — including time working directly with the CEO of GroupM SEA to drive growth initiatives and cross-market operations, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines. I'm currently building capabilities on E-Commerce performance, working across a mix of marketplaces, brand.com, apps, and media channels to drive business growth. My background as a farmer also provides me with growth principles, turning business challenges into practical media solutions with consumer behavior understanding at the core. I enjoy digging into data, synthesizing information, and turning insights into action. I believe the next wave of growth will come from leaders who understand the ecosystem deeply, blend strategic thinking, operational excellence, and commercial accountability — and I’m ready to be part of that wave.
