At the age of 9, I moved to an entirely new continent. This early experience taught me how to adapt to different situations and form new relationships, contributing significantly to my personal growth. This has shaped who I am today as a professional where resilience and empathy are my guiding principles. I am passionate about matching individuals with the right opportunities. With over 7 years of recruitment experience across Australia and New Zealand, I specialize in Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Corporate functions. I have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, identifying high-quality candidates, candidate experience and leading various projects in Graduate Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Corporate Social Responsibility. My interests are in data and analytics, partnering with stakeholders on making informed decisions based on data. I'm skilled in a wide range of ATS, HR Management Systems and reporting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Phenom, Kenexa, Power BI. Outside of work I am a mum to a beautiful daughter.
