My key Responsibilities in my current job are-Responsible for software testing starting from requirement analysis, test case design, creating strategy, planning, execution(Manual & Automation) and test closure. Perform functional, smoke, sanity, regression, system, UAT testing and end-to-end testing in insurance domain-Develop and maintain automated test scripts( using Selenium WebDriver ), ensuring thorough validation of software applications, functionality, performance and reliability-Create and execute test scenarios and cases, generating comprehensive reports for automated tests-Design daily sanity suite with required number of scripts with saved manual effort-Report quality bugs, monitor resolution of bugs with test management tools like ALM and JIRA which helped achieve bug free stable products-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners and business analysts to understand software requirements and define test cases-Participate in conducting effective functional demo sessions for clients and stakeholders on an as-needed basis-Serve as the primary point of contact for handling urgent and escalated issues involving internal and external businesses-Effectively engage with clients to address their inquiries related to testing procedures and any raised defects.
