I have over 14+ years of insightful experience which includes expertise in IT Service Desk, Technical Support, Team Management and IT Service Management. Currently, I'm working as a Senior Engineer ICT (Information and Communications Technology). I have a track record of excellence in handling IT services, IT solutioning and IT delivery management where I've secured a stable environment and optimized the solutions/services to the agreed sevice levels in a cost efficient and timely manner.My typical workday includes Delivering result and meeting customer expectations, Applying expertise and technology, Persuading and influencing, Following instructions and procedures, Creating and innovating and Working with people.
