Leveraging skills gained over 29 years in the field of agribusiness spearheading business enterprise operations, manufacturing, sales & marketing, project management, and management consulting. Worked my way up across various capacities to leadership positions. Successfully established businesses and projects on agri-inputs and established these as a business operation. Pioneered product concepts to brands. Sharing of learning’s at various forums including premier institutes and a resource for agri-input marketing and agribusiness for students, and professionals alike. Now at RR Advisory, a result of my work over many years which provides speciality management consulting services. Personally, would like to see myself contributing at a larger level to make a positive difference in lives of people surrounding me. Awarded India's Top 50 Rural Marketing Persons by Asia Retail Congress, CMO Asia - Rural Marketing awards. Also awarded 'Most Influential Agriculture Industry Professional'by CMO Global, World Sustainability and World CSR Day. Work with companies, institutions, farmer organisations involved in organic and sustainable agriculture, manufacturing and marketing of biological origin agri-input products, and climate resilient agriculture. The one who brings us food on the table has to be respected - and thats the Farmer. The ethos of my work revolves around this philosophy. A passion for promoting organic farming, foods, and respect for nature, keeps me involved in my entrepreneurial venture - while learning to capture images through the lens, and cook my way through people's hearts, keeps grounded as after work play.
