About Sujay Ray
The birds eye view of my research interest is to investigate biological systems work at the nanoscale, and the physical laws that govern their behavior. We are particularly interested in developing and applying novel methods in single-molecule and nanoscale biophysics to understand such nano-scale molecular behaviors and then exploit those knowledges to design biologically inspired robotics with special focus on nano-medicine. I aim to combine approaches from multidiscipline fields ranging from molecular biology, biochemistry to physics and optics to achieve this goal.
