About Sujay Umarani

PMP certified Lead Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in a complex automotive Tier 1 supplier industry. Currently working as Lead Program Manager for a complex program for Porsche Macan / Panamera Interiors (Cockpits / Center Console), along with acquisition of new Porsche K1 Cockpit program in a Greenfield plant and reporting line upto CEO. From 2014, I have accumulated deep working experience with major automotive giants in Germany like Audi, BMW, Daimler and Porsche as my direct customers. From the past 4 years I have led a talented team consisting of 12-15 employees in matrix organization, in each of the two major programs as program manager for Porsche, all electric Taycan interiors and Macan exteriors - right from initial development phase until serial implementation into SOP. Along with this, I have acquired sound intercultural experience working in Germany / Mexico (one year - Support for Audi Q5 IP program) and possess multi-linguistic skills, especially German, English and Spanish. Skilled in Automotive Engineering, Automotive plastic industry, Automotive Manufacturing- Interior and exterior products with strong program and project management expertise along with a M.Eng degree focussed in International program management with demonstrated expertise in improving financial targets.
