A passionate development professional with over four years of experience in Grant Management, client service, microfinance, education, and livelihood promotion, I have dedicated my career to driving positive change and creating a more equitable world. Throughout my brief stint in the field, I have honed my abilities in people management, stakeholder engagement, community mobilization, capacity building, and youth mentoring. But I have come to realize that being a development professional is not enough to tackle the complex social challenges we face today. To truly make a difference, we must be guided by universal principles of love, compassion, equity, and generosity. That's why I strive to be an Authentic Development professional, embodying these values in everything I do. As a firm believer in inclusive development, I am committed to empowering those from society's most marginalized communities and ultimately no one leaves behind. I firmly believe that providing them with sustainable sources of income is one of the most effective ways to help them live dignified lives. In my extracurricular activities, I have taken my passion for social change to the next level. From volunteering to design programs, mentoring village youth aspiring for higher studies, founding a Synergy Incubation Lab to support social entrepreneurs, to serving as Placement Committee Coordinator and Student Affairs Committee Member, I have demonstrated my unwavering commitment to making a difference.
