I’m a Data Engineer turned DevOps Engineer operating across the data-infra spectrum. I began my career building distributed ETL pipelines using Python, PySpark, AWS Glue, and S3, architecting data flows optimised for scalability, fault tolerance, and downstream consumption across multiple stack layers.Midway, I transitioned into a DevOps role without prior experience, which quickly became a crash course in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD orchestration, and cloud cost governance. I engineered and maintained robust deployment pipelines using Jenkins, implemented canary-based deployment strategies for microservices, and designed automation workflows that integrated seamlessly with containerised environments and serverless components on AWS. Lately, I’ve been expanding my CI/CD expertise by getting hands-on with GitLab CI, exploring its declarative pipeline structure and flexibility.I’ve since become proficient in adapting to new paradigms, tooling, and system-level challenges under real-world production constraints. Whether it's debugging Spark jobs, tuning CloudFormation templates, or optimising EC2/S3/Athena spend, I bring a full-stack DevDataOps mindset grounded in continuous learning, high observability, and clean automation.
