Sujit is a seasoned Data, Analytics & AI Professional with over twelve years of experience. Holding a Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing & Finance, he commenced his career as a Business Analyst at Genpact, India – a global leader in analytics services. During his four-year tenure, he showcased adept project and stakeholder management skills, contributing significantly to various analytics projects for US-based clients. Recognizing his proficiency, he ascended to the role of Assistant Manager in the Analytics & Research department. Driven by a passion for Data & AI technologies, Sujit pursued a second master's degree, an M.Sc. in Information Systems Management, specializing in Data Science & Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. His master's thesis involved a Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing project with the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). Concurrently, he served as a Data Scientist at Market Logic Software AG. Subsequently, Sujit took on the role of a Data Science Consultant at PharmaLex, overseeing projects for renowned Life Sciences and Chemical companies, providing advanced analytics and data governance consultation. Currently employed at ZF Group, Germany, Sujit initially joined as a Senior Solutions Architect for the Catena-X project, leading the Semantic Layer Digital Twin (SLDT) use-case, collaborating with automotive industry OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. After a year, he transitioned to the Data, Analytics & AI department as a Program Manager, steering multiple IT projects focused on Data Management, Architecture, Analytics, and Sustainability & ESG Reporting.
