Background

About Sujit Patil

I am an IT professional with 2.6 years of experience as a Technical Support Associate, working closely with production systems, applications, and end users to ensure stability and timely issue resolution. In my current role, I have been responsible for troubleshooting application and server issues, performing log analysis, supporting Linux-based environments, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents within SLA timelines. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how real production environments operate and why reliability matters.Over time, my interest grew toward DevOps and cloud-native technologies, where I could move from just supporting systems to building and improving them. I am actively developing hands-on skills in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Ingress Controllers, and OpenShift, focusing on how applications are built, deployed, secured, and scaled in modern environments.I enjoy learning, problem-solving, and taking ownership of issues from root cause to resolution. My goal is to transition into a DevOps / Cloud Engineer role, where I can combine my production support experience with automation and container orchestration to create stable, scalable platforms.I am open to opportunities that value learning, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
