Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong pre and post qualification experience in Accounting, Finance Auditing & Taxation Matters having a driving ambition to reach the pinnacle in the accounting & finance field through a steep learning curve and consistent professional growth. Currently working as Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance in Black Rose Industries Limited, a BSE Listed Company. BRIL is a Specialty & Performance Chemicals Manufacturing & Distribution company, having a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company in Japan. Being a part of such an organization, which comprises of various other entities such as other group companies, LLP & Trust, who are involved in both Trading and Manufacturing Activities, allowed me to have an experience of finalizing the books of accounts and thereon preparation of financial statement of various types of entities. Worked as Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance in Oban Fashions Private Limited (100% Subsidiary of M/s. Rupa & Co. Ltd.), a Hosiery Company, having two international brands named “French Connection” (FCUK) & “Fruit of the Loom” (FOTL). OBAN Fashions Private Limited incorporated in Dec 2015, has acquired the licenses of two reputed international apparel brand namely French Connection UK (FCUK Innerwear) and Fruit of the Loom (FOTL). It’s being a startup venture for M/s. Rupa & Co. has provided me a huge exposure in being part of setting up systems in an start up & unstructured Company.
