I am a passionate cell biologist and biochemist. I have multiple years of academic and industry research experiences in the field of neurological diseases and hearing loss. I am an expert in deciphering the mode-of-action of novel drug molecules. I conceptualise, design, perform and manage high impact pre-clinical projects, actively engage with stakeholders, scout and establish new tools and techniques in-house, establish and manage collaboration with CROs and consultant, prepare study reports and documentation for drug approval, manuscript preparation, publication, and influence strategic decisions. My long-term career goals are to bring knowledge and expertise from life- science research towards technological advancement, medical breakthroughs, and business solutions for diagnosing and treating devastating human diseases. I am proactive and hardworking with an innovative mindset.
