About Sukhjeet Kaur

Sukhjeet is a highly skilled and adaptable IT Systems and Network Professional with over 9 years of experience delivering secure, efficient, and integrated technology solutions in complex, 24/7/365 operational environments. With deep expertise in airport IT systems, networking, and technical support, she has a solid foundation in supporting mission-critical infrastructure in high-demand public-facing settings such as airports. Currently serving as an Associate Airport Systems Analyst at Winnipeg Airports Authority, Sukhjeet supports and maintains a variety of airport technologies, including systems used for passenger processing, baggage handling, access control, and terminal operations. She plays a key role in ensuring system uptime and operational efficiency, providing onboarding and training, troubleshooting critical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Her earlier experience with Managed Services Providers like Powerland and EPIC allowed her to strengthen her skills in system integration, network design, and client support. Paired with a background in customer service, she brings exceptional communication skills and a strong user-centred approach to IT service delivery. Sukhjeet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a Network Security Diploma from the University of Winnipeg, and certifications including Cisco CCENT, CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and ITIL Foundation. Passionate about aligning IT systems with operational excellence, she is now seeking to transition into a more strategic role — one that leverages her technical depth, cross-functional collaboration skills, and deep understanding of airport technology ecosystems to support large-scale systems planning, integration, and transformation initiatives.
