I’m a public health and wellness professional with 5+ years of experience designing and delivering programs in health promotion, chronic disease management, return-to-work planning, and community engagement. My journey has taken me from leading national health initiatives at TELUS—where I coached multidisciplinary teams—to facilitating community-based wellness and cancer-specific fitness programs through DhattFit and municipal health programs in Calgary.
