About Suki Iyer

Seasoned professional with experience in Education E-learning Technology and Banking sectors; in multinational companies US-based start-ups and at own entrepreneurial venture. Demonstrated ability to apply skills and domain knowledge gained in one sector to related adjacent sectors. Strong core banking process knowledge acquired at ANZ transferred to technology solutions development for banks and other financial institutions at IBM. Used technology solutions development capability to acquire expertise in the business of e-learning – including instructional design knowledge learning content development and learning technology. Synthesized these skill sets to set up a scalable technology-enabled employability skills development platform as an innovative social entrepreneurship venture. Have demonstrated experience in brand building and creating and leveraging marketing and business partnerships. Lived and worked in several countries. Spent the last few years on a sabbatical of sorts traveling and growing. Currently in India exploring my passion in working in the spaces of citizen engagement; gender and other equality; sociological research based strategies to create a more equal just empathetic society.
